General rental conditions

These general conditions apply to any booking of a stay in our tourist cottages located in Sundhouse (67920). They are accepted without reservation by the very fact of booking.

• Booking is confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount • The balance is due 30 days before arrival • A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival • Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer, check, cash • Minimum stay: 2 nights • Tourist tax: €1.76 per adult per night (2025)

• More than 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit • Between 30 and 15 days: deposit retained • Less than 15 days: full stay amount due • In case of force majeure: full refund

• Arrival: between 4 PM and 7 PM (contact us for late arrival) • Departure: before 11 AM • Key handover: in person • Mandatory inventory upon arrival and departure

• Maximum capacity strictly respected • Pets not allowed • No smoking inside • Respect for neighbors and quiet after 10 PM • Responsible use of equipment • Mandatory waste sorting

• The tenant is responsible for damage caused during their stay • Tenant's home insurance required • We disclaim any responsibility in case of theft, accident or damage to personal property • Cancellation insurance strongly recommended
