- •En voiture : By car: A35 motorway, Colmar Centre exit, then follow signs for Kaysersberg (15 min from exit)
- •En train : By train: Colmar station, then taxi or bus line 145 direction Kaysersberg (stop 'Les Vignes')
- •En avion : By plane: Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport (50 min) or Basel-Mulhouse Airport (45 min)
Frequently asked questions about booking
How to book?
You can book directly via our contact form, by phone or by email. We will confirm availability within 24 hours.
What are the payment conditions?
We ask for a 30% deposit on booking and the balance 30 days before your arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, check or credit card.
What is the cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is 50% refunded. Between 30 and 15 days, the deposit is kept. Less than 15 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay is due.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 300€ will be requested on your arrival. It will be returned to you after the check-out inventory, minus any damages.
